Implementation of Multifactor Authentication in Bank of Estonia

Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to determine a multi-factor authentication application that would be the best solution for the Bank of Estonia. The work describes the requirements for the application, the testing process and the user experience of the first two users.
As a result, it was ascertained that the application Duo is the most suitable option. In addition, preparations were made for installing the application for a wider range of users (such as making a list of users, purchasing licenses and writing a manual for users). Since Duo is not working perfectly, the problems that emerge and possible workarounds for those are brought out.
