Simulating the Aging of a Building Using the Godot Game Engine
This Master’s thesis describes an algorithm for creating buildings which age according to the physical processes taking place inside the building materials. In addition, an overview of methods used in computer graphics to age different materials is provided. The algorithm is implemented with Godot game engine and associated problems and their solutions are described. The results are analyzed and possible future developments are discussed.
