Online location-based green energy availability prediction in smart buildings

Organization
Mobile & Cloud Computing Laboratory
Abstract
This is a continuation of the above Master level thesis (successfully completed - https://comserv.cs.ut.ee/ati_thesis/datasheet.php?id=74102&year=2022 ). The student needs to update the model that continuously gathers the data related to solar panel from Delta building (or maybe from the Tartu city data), Estonia weather agency (cloud coverage data, weather, etc) and other sources if necessary and update the ML model in a regular interval of time. Research question the student needs to address “what amount of solar-powered energy delta building may get tomorrow or in next 7days, in current and coming session?”. In other words, predict the green energy production in the next X hours.
