Kokkuvõte
Business Process Management (BPM) systems have evolved significantly with the integration of AI technologies. Large Language Models (LLMs) have become powerful tools for enhancing decision-making, process optimization, and automation within BPM systems. Despite the potential of LLMs in these areas, there has been limited research into how effectively they are applied and the frameworks used in different BPM contexts. The need for a systematic investigation of LLM frameworks and their applications across BPM domains is essential to understand best practices, challenges, and opportunities.
The aim of this thesis is to conduct a comprehensive systematic literature review (SLR) to investigate the current practices, frameworks, and applications of LLMs in BPM. Through this study, we will explore various frameworks, understand the reasons for adopting LLMs, and analyze their effectiveness across multiple BPM scenarios.
