Abstract
The area of Business Process Management has received
considerable attention in recent years due to its potential for significantly increasing productivity and saving cost. In this master’s thesis the various
tools of the BPM and the possibilities to use them in the enterprise were studied. As a result of the thesis diagrams describing the business process of the enterprise were created. The specific business process that was studied in more detail in this master’s thesis was the service of bus reservation. Analyzation tools of BizAgi enabled to follow the process graphically and make decisions to change then. The use of BizAgi helped to understand the process better and get it ready for automation.
