Environment for Creating Step-by-step Troubleshooters

Abstract
In the process of writing this Bachelor’s Thesis a web application for creating and sharing step-by-step troubleshooters was created. It has already been used in several MOOCs (Massive Open Online Course) held by the University of Tartu. Technologies used for creating the web application were CSS, HTML, JavaScript, AngularJS, D3.js and Mon- goDB. Registered user can create, modify and share troubleshooters in addition applica- tion allows insights how visitors use each guide. Most of the functionality is derived from the requirements of MOOCs but it’s intended to be used outside of the MOOC as well.
