Android application for organising meetings

Abstract
This document describes the problems and solution of creating an Android application which is used to create and organise meetings in a fast and easy manner.
The resulting application lets users easily create a meeting, invite their contacts to join and get a full overview of all their meetings. The main uniqueness of the application lies in the feature that the user has multiple options when choosing a location for the meeting, including getting automatic recommendations from the application based on the positions of the participants. In addition, the application enables users to track the positions of other participants in real-time, if they choose to share their position.
The application is also compared against other similar and popular applications and it is found that while the other applications have a wide user base and some functions that this application doesn’t have, none of them offer the unique functionalities that this application does.
