Method for Predicting Pharmaceutical Dosing Guidelines with Missing Genetic Data

Abstract
The aim of this current thesis is to construct a method that helps to predict pharmaceutical dosing guidelines with missing genetic data. Making dosing guidelines for different drugs is difficult because most commonly used genotyping tools are not sufficient enough to collect all needed data. This means that if we do not get all needed genetic data then we cannot propose any guidelines. My goal was to alleviate that problem and construct method that is based on European allele frequencies and makes predictions for every phenotype.
