Abstract
The goal of this Bachelor’s thesis was to perform user satisfaction analysis of a software system named KIVIKE. To do that, 3 different methods were used – interviews, user satisfaction survey and analysis of the system by using different Web analytics tools. Based on the interviews, users think that KIVIKE needs further development. User satisfaction survey reflected that the usability of KIVIKE is below average, which could also be a reflection of the satisfaction of users. According to the analysis of Web analytics, KIVIKE is constantly used.
