Abstract
The aim of this study is to create Cumulocity interface to remotely manage Docker containers on devices that are integrated into Cumulocity platform. Docker simplifies developing applications and deployment into production environment. It’s benefits are also seen in IoT field where it is hard to maintain dependencies and new application versions on multiple devices. Cumulocity features device control, but currently has no interface to interact with Docker and it’s containers. Using Cumulocity author creates device agent and webinterface that allows to interact with Docker through Cumulocity
platform. This solution should support controlling lifecycle of containers, container configuration, container deployment.
