Web Application for Employee Quality Monitoring Surveys and Statistics

Abstract
Fujitsu Finland Oy requires an application for monitoring and developing employee quality. The application should allow management to review employees as well as allow employees to analyse their own work by way of filling out surveys and utilising resulting statistics. Available applications are either too simplistic to provide in-depth statistical analysis or vice versa, the user interfaces are limited to certain languages, or the price is too high. The application project and proof of concept created as part of this thesis will be based on customer’s requests and will solve all of these issues.
