Abstract
The goal of the present thesis is to develop teaching/learning materials for a new Web Page Creation For Advanced Users e-course in the University of Tartu. The aim of the course is to provide an overview of current trends in web design and introduce modern web development technologies. The target audience of this course is students with basic programming skills or web page development experience.
