Abstract
The goal of the present Thesis is to create a tool for people interested in genetics, to help determine the location of a given function of the genome on the genome’s chromosomes. The Thesis gives an overview of the earlier method of getting such information and of the relevant data sources. The Thesis also goes over the choices of technology and the resulting tool itself.
