Abstract
There is no silver bullet when it comes to software development approaches, methodologies and practices, since every IT business is unique. Selecting a suitable software development model is one of the recipes for effective IT company functioning and growth. However, quite often in order to keep up with company scaling the initially chosen model has to be revisited. In this paper, a case study about a new Agile software development framework adoption for scaling engineering at Pipedrive will be presented. The main research goal is to find out what the impact of such software development process redesign is.
