Creating a PySimpleGUI Module for a Programming Course “Software Development” Taught in Upper Secondary Schools

Abstract
The aim of this study is to create a graphical interface study materials for a programming course “Software development” taught in Estonian upper secondary schools. Materials are based on a programming language Python and the module that is being taught is PySimpleGUI. The author of this study was also a member of the University of Tartu’s informatics didactics workgroup. The feedback for the new materials was received from the members of the workgroup, the students of two upper secondary schools and the teachers of informatics who participated in a conference. Based on the comments the last changes were conducted. Finally, the materials were uploaded to an e-book.
