Abstract
The aim of this thesis is the creation of a virtual assistant designed for visitors of the Delta Centre of the University of Tartu using the Rasa Open Source framework. The thesis contains a description of state-of-the-art technologies and existing virtual assistants, the overview of the final product, and the justifications of decisions made during development. The result of the thesis is the source code of the final product, which consists of training data and custom components of the chatbot, a backup of the database, scripts for updating the database, configuration files for the system services required to run the chatbot, and a manual for setting up the chatbot.
