Abstract
“Digital Technology - an Overview” is a course from University of Tartu that for the first time took place in 2022. The course aims to teach introductory level computer science to other fields. Within this thesis study materials and automatic grading tasks for the topics Cybersecurity and Programming Languages were developed for the course “Digital Technology - an Overview”. The developed materials were used in the spring semester of 2022 when the course was piloted. During the piloting of the course students´ feedback and grading results were gathered and analysed as part of the thesis. Since the course is introductory, then one of the main goals was to provide resources for further studies. In this Bachelor’s thesis different courses that cover programming languages and cybersecurity were reviewed and based on the review a suggested study map for students was developed.
