Abstract
The goal of this Bachelor’s thesis was to create a Trans-European customs systems state-info handling service for the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. This helps internal customs systems to check if external systems are available, which interruptions are present or planned in the future and what functionalities are not yet developed. State-info is received as messages from the European central messaging information system. The service will be used by export and transit systems in Estonia. For management purposes, the service has a user-interface, which access will only be granted to Estonian Tax and Customs Board officials.
