Abstract
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create a web service for estimating pollution loads from catchment areas, simplifying the calculation of pollution loads, and providing machine-readable results. The thesis contains an overview of the data model and calculation logic for estimating discharge and pollution load for every point in Estonia. Estonian Environment Agency actively uses the web service for estimating pollution load from catchment areas.
