Abstract
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study and analyze the user-friendliness of e-stores. Thesis contains a theoretical part on e-commerce and user-friendliness. In addition, the thesis contains the description of the e-shop and the technologies used for it. Based on the interviews, feedback and data have been collected and corrections to the existing e-shop have been made.
