Abstract
This master's thesis analyzes and describes the main technological solutions used in large analytical projects: data warehouse, data lake, logical data warehouse and data hub. Analyzes includes technological solutions that have not been described in the Estonian scientific literature before. The master´s thesis provides an overview of the technologies architecture, advantages and disadvantages. In addition, the characteristics of the technologies are compared.
The master´s thesis can be used as a practical input by clients and developers in the field of analysis. The work provides information about the newest technologies and provides developers the necessary input for offering their clients the best solution. Work’s result can also be used as assistant tool for choosing the right technological solution based on the company's needs.
