Abstract
The purpose of the master's thesis is to carry out an business analysis of the study process application (TEEK) practice process for the University of Tartu. The student's activities from the registration of the internship subject to the entry of the study result in the ÕIS are considered as the study route. In the master's thesis, business analysis is performed together with a description of the current situation and the creation of a vision for the future. The work evaluates the maturity and optimization capabilities of As-Is processes. The needs of the target groups are formulated in the master's thesis and two-level goals with indicators are set for the implementation of the study path. To-Be processes are prioritized and roles are associated with processes based on a responsibility matrix. The author explains the nature of the analysis methods used in the work. The result of the work is a business analysis of the study path application practice process, which is used as input to compile the initial task of the development project.
