Abstract
The aim of the dissertation is to conduct a user survey and analysis of the requirements for the EU COVID certificate Estonian verification application "kontroll.digilugu.ee". The master's thesis provides an overview of the structure of creating and verifying EU COVID certificates. The results of the user feedback survey will be presented. Solutions and functionalities of verification applications of other countries are analyzed. As a result of the work, proposals will be made for the improvement of the Estonian verification application "kontroll.digilugu.ee", prioritization of change proposals, including suggestions on how the results of the work could be applied in practice.
