Abstract
Due to its complexity and fast development the artificial intelligence based technologies inevitably have their downsides which makes the entrepreneurs doubt the reasonableness of such an investment. It is said that everything unknown and new seems scary at first - many of the fears of entrepreneurs can be decreased by giving explanations about the technology. However, for the time being, it is necessary to map companies' fears about machine learning solutions. Currently there is no such mapping in the data science company STACC OÜ. The aim of this thesis is to map the needs of STACC and give answers to the questions about machine learning based systems to its potential customers. The information collected from the interviews, brainstorming session and analysis of existing documents was compiled and categorized according to content. Based on the collected data, the most common topics, questions and fears related to machine learning were analyzed and 15 questions covering the previously discussed categories were formed based on the analysis. Appropriate answers to the questions were then formulated on the basis of the materials collected in cooperation with a data science specialist. The purpose of the compiled material is to enable the potential client to carry out an initial analysis of the feasibility of a solution, to answer the most frequent questions and to decrease the fears of the entrepreneur.
