User Survey and Business Analysis for Register of Enforcement Proceedings

Abstract
Register of Enforcement Proceedings is complex system that has heterogenic users: Claimants, Bailiffs, Debtors, Credit and payment institutions (banks etc), Investigation institutions, the Chamber of Bailiffs and Trustees in Bankruptcy, the Ministry of Justice and the Centre of Registers and Information Systems. The user research was conducted in order to find the needs of users, the requirements were prioritized in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice. Business analysis was based on the object-oriented modelling approach. The low-fidelity prototype was created. The outcome of current project will be used in developing the new Register of Enforcement Proceedings.
