Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis describes the creation of a web application for city permits for the Estonian Defense Forces. The thesis contains a description of the previous web application for city permits, a list of new application’s requirements, an overview of the technologies and tools used, a description of the architecture and development of the web application, and and analysis of the finished application.
