Abstract
The goal of this thesis is to find out the needs and obstacles of Estonian industrial enterprises in automating business processes, and the readiness to learn new artificial intelligence technologies, and deploy them on their enterprises’ business processes. After finding the needs and obstacles, the goal is to create a new practical course on a Coursera platform that takes those needs into account. A short introduction of different Industry 4.0 technologies and their applications is also given.
