Improving Production Processes Using an ERP System - the Case of Artproof OÜ

Abstract
The scope of this master’s thesis is finding opportunities to improve the production processes of the company investigated in the process of ERP software implementation. The research is carried out on the example of the Estonian production company Artproof OÜ. The work is carried out based on the concept of business processes management life cycle and the thesis methodology includes the first 4 stages of the life cycle: process context definition, process modelling, process analysis and process design. As part of the work, five main changes in processes were proposed, TO-BE process models were created, and their impact was in analysed five dimensions.
