Abstract
Digital transformation ensures a company’s survival and competitiveness. In recent years, most companies have increased their investments in digital transformation to automate business processes and enhance efficiency. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to conduct a digital transformation of business processes at AS Terminal. As part of the thesis, the business processes in the fuel company are mapped and redesigned for the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning system. Data collection involved conducting workshops with company employees to document their activities as BPMN diagrams. The documentation and analysis revealed opportunities for automation and optimization of business processes, leading to three potential recommendations for AS Terminal to continue its digital transformation.
