Updating Cascading Style Sheets Learning Materials for the Course "Web Development"

Abstract
The aim of the master's thesis was to create in the Moodle learning environment new learning materials on the topic of Cascading Style Sheets. The creation of learning materials was based on the revised ADDIE model, and following this model the survey was conducted among course participants in the analysis stage, the SCATE model was used in the design stage to build up the content and structure of the learning materials, in the development stage the materials of seven study weeks were created in the Moodle. In the implementation stage, the spring semester course participants had the opportunity to use the materials of two study weeks. To collect feedback about new materials, the survey and interviews were conducted. Based on respondents’ proposals, changes and additions were made to the learning materials. The survey revealed that 100% of the respondents rated the new materials better than the existing learning materials. At the end of the thesis, the author gives an assessment of the process of creating learning materials, the limitations that appeared during the work process, the applicability of the learning materials and the possibilities for further development.
