Abstract
Educational institutions are increasingly adopting web-based solutions that should simplify the learning process. These solutions may not always work as they were planned. In order to find out how users feel about the respective environments, it is necessary to learn about their user experience. Consequently, this bachelor's thesis aims to assess the user experience level within the Lahendus environment utilised in the introductory programming course. Additionally, it seeks to pinpoint potential areas for enhancing the environment, focusing on improving user experience. A survey including three different user experience metrics was used to assess the level of user experience among course participants.
