Abstract
There is a large amount of professional literature confirming that business process optimization is necessary and a relevant topic. The issue lies in whether and how to implement it in the private and public sectors. Asking "How to Optimize Public Sector Business Processes Through a Digital Notification Application?", the answer should be affirmative to map out individual problems, simplify the use of services, and involve the community in making improvement proposals. At the same time, it is important to individually assess the business needs of each organization and develop sector-specific customized solutions that allow for the maximum efficiency of the application.
