Abstract
The aim of the master's thesis was to conduct business analysis, resulting in requirements for a future work management system and serving as the basis to proceed with sourcing development. The business analysis included mapping (modeling and describing) existing business processes, gathering future requirements, analyzing problem areas, describing and prioritizing requirements, and determining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
