Abstract
Comparison of embedded file systems with low overhead for non-volatile RAM and Flash memories.
After a survey of available file systems, a few of them would be selected for comparing their performance on hardware. The most important criteria in file system selection are code and data footprint, metadata overhead, availability and access time on different operations.
