Post-quantum secure time-stamping

Abstract
A time-stamping service allows a user to obtain a "time-stamp" on a
document which allows them to later prove that they were in possession
of the document already at that point in time. The goal of this thesis
is to study the security of time-stamping in the presence of quantum
attacks - are existing schemes still secure? How to prove their
security? How to improve them if they are not secure?
