Kokkuvõte
Estonian e-health infrastructure collects medical records, diagnoses, medical procedures and prescribed drugs in one system. The primary goal of the system is to facilitate information exchange between medical service providers, but during the 10 years of usage, it has also created a collection of data that reflects the whole medical history of Estonian population. This represents a great opportunity to study different aspects of the medical system and patient treatment in national scale. The thesis topics in here represent some of the topics to study on this dataset.
