Bootstrapping methods for homomorphic encryption

Organization
Chair of Security and Theoretical Computer Science
Abstract
In this thesis, we will try to understand bootstrapping methods. Then, we will give new solutions for them. Our aim is to reduce the complexity and provide alternatives to CKSS scheme. Implementations with open source library will be provided.
