Bootstrapping methods for homomorphic encryption

Abstract
In this thesis, we will try to understand bootstrapping methods. Then, we will provide new solutions for them. Our aim is to reduce the complexity and provide alternatives to the CKSS scheme. Implementations with open source libraries will be provided.
