Toolbox for quantum error-correcting codes (QECC) analysis

Abstract
Quantum computers are coming soon. However, these computers would be extremely unreliable without codes correcting errors in storage and computations. Currently, some codes and even classes of codes already exist. We need software to compute their combinatorial parameters for their analysis, comparison and developing better constructions. Most QECCs are obtained from conventional codes. Thus, the problem consists of the generalization of known techniques applied to analysis of error-correcting codes and adaptation them to the specific quantum environment.
