The Impact of Previous Experience in Programming on Computer Science Undergraduates Studies at Universities
This study is based on the results of eight interviews that were carried out amongst second year computer science undergraduates in the University of Tartu. The purpose of this paper is to give an overview of how previous experiences in programming help computer science undergraduates in their studies in university. This paper also contains undergraduates opinions on what experience before starting studies in university has the most value in helping students with their studies.
